Yes, you are eligible if you have secured more than 50% in high school and intermediate.
You can get the seat for B.Ed course through two ways:
1) Fill the form for B.Ed entrance exam, qualify it and get the seat by counseling procedure.
2) Direct admission on management quota seat.
