The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. ) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. Fees- Total Fee of Rs. 20,000-25,000
The minimum duration for B.Ed. through distance mode is for two years; however the maximum duration is of five years. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.): Eligibility: Candidates should have undergone 10+2+3 (15) or 11+1+3 (15) pattern of study conducted by State Board or CBSE or any other recognized Board of Education. Candidates who have passed 10 and 10+2 standards are also eligible to apply under Open University system.

Here is the academic qualifications requirements for NEET :

Eligibility conditions for Andhra University B.Ed Admission 2018.
Academic qualification:
Graduation from Andhra University or any other university. The university must be a recognized one. Marks requirement a minimum of 50% marks for General and 40% in case of SC/ST/BC/PWD category candidates.
