Admission criteria for B.Ed course in A G Teacher's College is graduate degree with 50% from any recognised university in India is essential.

Application forms for B.Ed can be obtained online from the official website of IGNOU. At least, 50% marks in the Bachelor's degree are required.So you are eligible.
Program Fee
Program Fee is Rs. 50,000/- for the entire Program. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Ed. programme are advised not to pay the fee along with the filled in application form. They will get a separate communication about their admission and payment of Fee.
Candidates, who are trained in-service teachers in elementary education, will be eligible to apply for the entrance exam and further for admission or who have completed an NCTE recognised teacher educa

For Directorate of Distance Education, Kurukshetra University - B.Ed, candidates must have completed graduation / post-graduation from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (47.5% for SC/ ST/ Blind/ Physically Handicapped candidate). So, you are eligible.
