You have completed your post graduation in Physics then I recommend you to opt physics as your major subject in B.Ed. Because you have a strong basic knowledge and you can teach physics to other students. And also you can opt mathematics also this subject are more likely related.After that there more job opportunities also like physics tutor, physics teacher in government or private college/schools.

Yes, you can apply for B.Ed in LPU with an MA in English from CMJ Shillong, Meghalaya in 2011 with 74% marks. The eligibility criteria for B.Ed in LPU is as follows:Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.Candidates who have a Master's degree or M.Phil. degree in any discipline,  are given preference.Since you have an MA in English with 74% marks, you meet the eligibility criteria for B.Ed in LPU. You can apply for B.Ed in LPU through the online application process.

Yes, you can pursue a B.Ed without giving TSEDCET BUT you will need to meet the eligibility criteria set by the college or university that you are applying tobecuase some universities and some colleges may have higher admission standards for students who do not give TSEDCETyou may be ask to pay more admission fees and the competition will be more intense to the admission without giving TSEDCEThere are some basic documents you will be asked for You must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized universityYou must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in your bachelor's degreeYou must have passed the
