As per the PGT eligibility criteria, a candidate must have passed their 12th standard from a recognised board. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in their intermediate. A candidate must hold a graduate degree from a recognised university. A candidate must hold a B.Ed degree or an equivalent degree from a recognised university. The applicant must have a post-graduate degree from a recognised university. The maximum age limit for the PGTs as per PGT eligibility criteria is 40 years. The candidate must have proficiency in both English as well Hindi in order to be a good PGT.

Not possible from government universities or college but you can get from private college or state college.

I don't think anything like this will be possible because B.Ed is either with graduation or after graduation. The minimum qualification required to get admission in B.Ed is Bachelor of Arts B.A. Bachelor of Science B.Sc. Or Bachelor of Commerce B.Com and other graduation from a recognised Board/University with at least 50% marks.
