Yes, distance education is valid for the government. Jobs, If this is done from recognized Boards and Universities. The UPSC, State PCS, and other government. Departments are accepting the distance degrees for employment. Further, distance degrees are also acceptable in government. Teaching jobs if the board has not specified the education mode.

The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. ) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. Thanks

B.Ed is not considered eligible to apply for teaching in Higher Secondary Schools or Colleges. As you have mentioned that you want to teach management, the subject is taught either in the higher secondary level or in colleges offering degree programs. Therefore, in order to be eligible to teach in HS level, you must hold a Masters degree. Apart from that, you will also have to qualify Teacher Eligibility Test conducted State as well as on National Level.

Hi,
A B.Ed needs your pass graduation in 50 % in Sciences or Social Sciences or Humanities or Commerce or equivalent. So you are eligible for B.E. Now that you want to have a shift in your career choose a college with care which would give you best OJTs so that you can be picked by the best schools after your B.Ed. Check for the academic excellence in good colleges like SRM, Sri ram College, LPU. Check the scholarships which you would be getting.
