Educational qualification: The candidates who have passed B.Sc with 60% or above marks, as well as candidates from Social Science discipline having Education/ Philosophy/ Geography/ Political Science/ Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Economics as one of the subjects in B.A. -III Examination, have passed with 60% or above marks shall be considered as nonsubject candidates. Eligibility Criteria of B.Ed of Annamalai University (DDE) :
1. A pass in the graduate degree examination under the 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern with main subject in Part III, namely Tamil (B.A., B.Lit.), English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, Applied Physics, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Microbiology, History and Geography.
2. In the case of Economics, Commerce and Home Science subjects, only P.G., qualification will be considered.
3. Candidates who have studied cross major subjects in P.G. Degree are not eligible.

CTET Eligibility 2020
Candidates should pass 10+2 with minimum 45 per cent aggregate marks in order to be qualified for appointment as a primary stage teacher
Candidates should clear graduation with minimum 45 per cent aggregate marks or 10+2 with at least 50 per cent aggregate marks in order to be qualified for appointment as an elementary stage teacher
