Hi. Yes, you are eligible for IGNOU B.Ed course. The eligibility criteria to apply for IGNOU B.Ed Admission is mentioned below:
At least 50% percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree or Master degrees with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, minimum two years teaching experience

In accordance with NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary and higher secondary schools in Tamil Nadu, recognized by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible.
