Yes, you can do B.Ed after M.Com. B.Ed means Bachelor of education. The minimum marks varies from university to university.

 Eligibility:- At least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and or in the Master Degree in Sciences or Social Sciences or Commerce or humanity. Bachelor in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks.

IGNOU B.Ed Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates need to fulfill the parameters mentioned below in order to meet eligibility for B.Ed Entrance Exam 2019:
Candidates should clear their graduation or post-graduation in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Commerce/ Humanities with at least 50% marks.
Candidates should be trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
As your percentage is less so you can't apply.

Hi,
No, you can't apply for B.Ed after class 12. The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is a Bachelor of Arts B.A. Bachelor of Science B.Sc. Or Bachelor of Commerce B.Com from recognised board/university. A minimum aggregate score of 50% graduation. Minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level.

The eligibility criteria to apply for IGNOU B.Ed Admission is mentioned below:
At least 50% percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, And
Trained in-service teachers in elementary education. Or
Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognised teacher education programme in direct mode.
