No, there is no refund offered for the UP B.Ed JEE application fee once paid. Candidates must make sure that they have a clear mindset while applying for the exam. If due to any circumstances, they have to withdraw from taking the exam, they can do that, but the fee will not be refunded once paid.

Central University of Orissa provides a 2 year BEd degree.As for the fees students have to pay 4800 for tuition  fees, 13,200 for hostel fees, and an one time payment of 8520.You can have more details from University's official website and you can also visit siksha.
