Yes, there is this provision for candidates to apply for both programs if they meet the eligibility criteria. However, separate applications must be submitted for each course and candidates will have to pay seperate application fee for the same. Candidates interested in teaching at schools can apply for the 2-year B.Ed, while those integrated for advanced academic or research roles can apply for B.Ed-M.Ed.

B. Ed is not much related with your bachelor subjects. It is pre training for teaching skills. It would be better to do B. Ed with clear mindset for requirement of TGT arts as you are from arts background.  Also you can explore about -IGNOU B. EdUGC NET after B. Ed CTET
