Heritage Institute of Management and Communication (HIMCOM) accepts the following entrance exam scores for admission to the BJMC or Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication program:HIMCOM Entrance Exam- The institute conducts its own entrance exam on media and communication aptitude by the candidates.They can also apply through the CUCET, Central Universities Common Entrance Test, which many central universities accept, including HIMCOM.A merit list shall be prepared on the basis of merit in their previous academic qualifications and then there will be an interview or group discussion.

Yes, JIMS Vasant Kunj II offers a three-year BJMC or Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication at the UG level. Candidates need to pass a minimum of Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate to apply for BJMC course. The selection for BJMC is based on entrance-exam conducted by the institute.

To get into Heritage Institute of Management and Communication for BJMC:The applications for admission comes in the month of April-May. The entrance is held in the month of June. Basically, for every department's entrance exam there comes a separate paper and the content is also different. PCTE Ludhiana is considered topmost BJMC course choice. It is known for its excellent faculty, extensive electives and good infrastructure. Apart from the classroom learning PCTE provides students with hands on experience in journalism and mass communication through workshops, internships and media laboratories. It is also known for its excellent placement with most students working in prominent media organizations. Whereas on other hand Gulzar Group of Institutes also provides good facilities and instruction but it is rated a bit less than PCTE because quality of the faculty, industry contacts, etc.
