B J Medical College's MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery is a 66 months course offered at the UG level. The course has been well recognised and ranked by several bodies. Medical College in Ahmedabad between 2014 and 2015; of those, 243 graduated in 2018–19. Out of this, 186 students were chosen to pursue further education, and 57 eligible students were placed with a median income of Rs. 75,000. Of the 250 students who were admitted in 2015–16, 238 graduated in 2019–20. 53 eligible students were placed with a median wage of Rs. 75,000 as a result, while 185 students were chosen to continue their education.

BJMC is the 13th position in INDIA and is a Tier 1 college in the field of medicine, Many students strivr to get into the college as the NEET cutoffs for the college is very high.
