There are many BJMC colleges in India. In Gujarat state, NIMCJ is the best college for BJMC course.

A lot depends on your interest also because you can give your est only if you are passionate about it and the best results too would be similar. BBA if added with MBA would do wonders to your career. B.J. M. Yes, the entrance exam is compulsory for B.J. M. C. course and the pattern of the entrance exam is differ from university to university. Like NIMCJ's B.J. M. C. course, the entrance exam taken by Gujarat University.
