Depends on what you want to do in future. If you want to be here creative writer, Diploma in creative writing will be really helpful you for Masters in literature will be an add on in your qualification. But, Diploma in creative writing enhance your skills.

I have researched and found that they don't have a Bachelor's degree in mass communication. They provide MA in mass communication for which they conduct an entrance test and you need minimum 45 percentage in your graduation. I think that you should go for JMIS (VK) as the practical skills as well as theoretical knowledge is good there as compared to VIPS but if you need a good campus then you should go for VIPS.
