It is a great honour that you are serving the army and also has the interest to study LLB , assuming that you are full time deputed in your duty, it may be difficult to attend the classes , however, there are some colleges which are very compromising on attendance, choose those and try to do self preperation and appear for exams. Definitely you can achieve anything if you have interest.

Go and take admission in a law college and give the entrance.

The fees is around 40,000 INR.

Both are good. You got to choose according to your comfort.

You have to give entrance exams like CLAT for taking admission in a good college.
