The objective of the merit scholarship at BMS College of Law is constituted to attract the best of mind during the admission process, securing 90% and above in the Class 12 examination. The eligibility criteria and awards that BCom LLB students can get, if they qualify for merit scholarships are: The scholarship amount will be INR 10,000 for each student.The merit scholarship is initiated for meritorious student based on their performance at the pre-entry level for securing above 90%.The scholarship will be awarded during every academic year.

To get admission into the BCom LLB course at BMS College of Law, required candidates to fulfil the eligibility criteria first i.e., candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum of 45%, and 40% for SC and ST candidates. Candidates can apply online for admission to the BCom LLB course at BMS College of Law. Currently, the official website of the college is showing the notification of BCom LLB admission 2024. However, the website has removed the 'Apply Now' tab from the website. Hence, 2024 admission is closed now, and the college does not provide an accurate date for applying for the BCom LLB course and its entrance exam. Prospective candidates can directly reach the college's admission office for clarification on admission dates for the last 2024 batch and for the upcoming 2025 batch.

To get admission to a five-year BCom LLB course at BMS College of Law, candidates must pass Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate from a recognised board. Admission to this course is based on both merit and entrance. Candidates are required to qualify BMSCLAT entrance test, after qualifying the basic eligibility criteria. In the last step of the admission process, the college releases a merit list according to the scores secured by the candidates in the entrance examination (BMSCLAT).
