BMS College of Law accepts the BMSCLAT (BMS College of Law Admission Test) as its entrance exam for admission to the BCom LLB programme. Candidates applying for this programmes must excel in the BMSCLAT entrance exam, which is followed by a Personal Interview as part of the selection process. Admissions at BMS College of Law are merit-based and also consider entrance exam performance. To be eligible, students must achieve a minimum aggregate of 45% in their higher-senior secondary examination.

In the first semester of a LLB course, the BMS College of Law offers the subjects that can make the foundational base for the students that can help them to learn about Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Legal methods related subjects in depth. Some of the subjects that are included in the curriculum are Constitutional Law, Law of Contracts, Law of Crimes, Legal Language, Business Law Group, Constitutional Law Group and others.

No, candidates are not allowed to get direct admission to the LLB course. The college offers seats for the LLB programme when candidates qualify for the entrance exam i.e., BMSCLAT. The LLB course, required candidates to go through a complete admission procedure which required that candidates must secure at least an aggregate of 45% in their bachelor's degree, and after applying for the programme they have to appear in the entrance exam. Lastly, qualify for the cutoff list released by the college based on applicants' scores.

At the time of filling out the application form, candidates are required to submit the original/ copies of certain documents that justify the eligibility criteria and personal identification of candidates. The BMS College of Law LLB deadline has not been released. Candidates can apply online for admission to the LLB course at BMS College of Law. Currently, the official website of the college is showing the notification of LLB admission 2024. However, the website has removed the 'Apply Now' tab from the website. Hence, 2024 admission is closed now, and the college does not provide an accurate date for applying for the LLB course and its entrance exam.

Yes, BMS College offered a thre-year postgraduate degree programme, divided into six semesters. For admission to this course, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria that require candidates to complete their Class 12, and then Bachelor's degree from any recognised college/ intitute/ university with at least an aggregate of 45%. Lastly, candidates are required to appear in the in-house college entrance exam i.e., BMSCLAT.
