Yes, you can open your own pathology. For this, you have to apply for the license. As soon as you get the license, you can open your lab.

The packages depends upon your knowledge of the subject, your presentation/communication skills and your "thinking on your feet" skills. It is almost same for all the branches except for the knowledge in subject part. I'll suggest you to work hard and gain the knowledge, enhance your communication skills and grow up your network.

After completing B.Pharm, you get the pharmacist licence and then you can go for CGHS (Central Government Hospital Scheme) pharmacist.

The pharmacy sector offers lots of opportunities to the students after the completion of the course. The students can work in a Pharmaceutical company or can practice as a Pharmacist. There is huge number of opportunities available for the students in both public and the private sector. You can also work in a government sector. Beside this, you can also work in an Abroad Company.

When you do B.Pharma it makes complete sense to pursue Pharma MBA rather than General MBA. In general MBA, you are required to choose the functional area among marketing, hr, operations, IT or finance whereas in the Pharma MBA programme, you will do MBA in your own domain. The Pharma MBA will open lots of opportunities in pharma, devices, diagnostics, health insurance & hospitals. There will be no confusion about the choice of sector.
