Hey Leela, MBA can be done after any field of graduation. MBA teaches you business concepts that helps in day to day working of organisations. You can go for MBA marketing which will be helpful for you to do job in pharma related companies in marketing domain. Also you can work with market research companies working for pharma clients.
Rest depends on your area of interest.

You can opt for any specialization. In my opinion, pursue MBA because MBA gives you better future ,in terms of the job opportunities. You will earn better after completing MBA.

This would depend a lot on your career aspirations. M.Pharm can be done, if you intend to do research/pick up a profession in academics. MBA could give you entry into the corporate world in areas like sales, marketing, product, operations, etc.
