Yes, BIHER does offers lateral entry admission to the BPharma course. Candidates are offered direct admission to the third semester. However, admission is only offered to candidates who has a valid qualification., i.e., DPharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

The percentage required for Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research BPharma course is minimum 50% aggregate in the class 12 exam from any recognised institute/board are eligible to apply. Candidates appearing for the final year examinations can also apply for provisional admission.

The duration of BPharma course at Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research is four years. The UG-level course ais further divided into eight semesters. School of Pharmacy also offers BPharma lateral entry admission directly to third semester, making the course three year.
