Hello somyajit, as I am also pursuing for B.Pharma and my second is year is going to end, according to the market and students who have graduated recently, till now the basic salary package is somewhere around 12k to 17k and it is the starting amount. It depends upon the field of pharma in which you want to pursue, it varies from industry to industry and "person to person". I hope my answer helps you.

It depends upon your state like in Maharashtra VJNT caste comes under obc and fees cutoff will be same for both and if B.Pharma you do from private colleges then fees is same regardless of your caste annual charges are generally 90000-1.24lacs in private.

For B.Pharma you have to open the main website of your interested institute. Then you have to click on the admission title. When you click on it you will get an admission form on your screen. You have to fill all the credentials then you have to pay registration fee. And lastly you have to click on submit button.
