Government colleges, any day.They have a lower fees structure compared to private colleges. (eg SRM university's fees is about more than a lakh. whereas MSU Baroda's fees is like 20,000 something.)I don't have the exact numbers but I have been around people from both government and pvt colleges and hence I can tell that to you.Private colleges have a tendency to trap you into taking admission in their institutes inspite of not having all the services they mention. whereas government colleges are like an open book.Govt colleges have far more better and experienced professors as well, so their quality of education is better too.It's diff

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, Dr. DY Patil University School of Architecture does not offer B.Planning program.
