Yes, you can take the admission in PCM group as the admission criteria for this group is that you have to score 45% in your 10+2 and for the reserved category, it is 40%.

To get admission in Indira Gandhi Vishwavidhyalaya for agriculture, you must have a minimum of 50% marks in your 12th with maths, physics and chemistry/biology as a subject for general category.

Yes, you can go with these subjects since only physics and chemistry are compulsory. 3rd subject can be either biology/agriculture/maths.

B.Sc. in Agriculture has better recruitments in government departments. Fishery is also good but it is not better than Agriculture. The demand of Agriculture is in nearly every department like Banks, Public welfare, Forest departments etc.

Hello,
Your marks are too low and it creates problems for your higher studies abroad. First thing that you can do is repeat your class 12th if possible and if you dream is to study abroad then I suggest you to first complete your UG from India and after this, you can pursue PG abroad.
