The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) is the apex body for coordinating, guiding, and managing research and education in agriculture in the entire country. From 2019 onwards the ICAR has entrusted the responsibility of conducting All India Entrance Examinations for admission to UG, PG & Ph.D Courses in AUs, and award of scholarships and fellowships to the National Testing Agency. It is advised that you appear for the ICAR- AIEEA UG Exam for getting admission in some of the top agriculture universities in India. The following link may be helpful for you.

Nowadays, it is becoming tougher to get admission in the top agricultural universities in India directly. In order to get admission in some of the top universities/colleges, you have to write the entrance exam organized by the respective universities/colleges. Hello,There are many books available online (Amazon, Flipkart, etc. ). For preparation of entrance exam for B.Sc in agriculture. Hi,
B.Sc. Agriculture Eligibility. The minimum qualification required to apply for B.Sc. In agriculture is 50-60% (depends on institute to institute) in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Yes, you can do B.Sc Agriculture. The B.Sc (Agri) degree differs from a B.Sc degree in that the courses focus on agriculture: for example, the student will study agricultural economics rather than economics. Like engineering or forestry, agricultural science courses are infused with practicality.
