It's a better college for placements/campus selection. You may get a seat through OUAT counselling.

Shiats is a well renowned university for agriculture as suggested by the name it has agriculture as its foundation course. You will get all the necessary facilities and faculty, if you are thinking to pursue agriculture from there then definitely go for it. Only the fees is higher than the rest government agriculture colleges.

Admissions are completed and classes have also started. But you should consult to the college whether or not admissions will be taken now, since it's a private university. So, there is a fair chance.

You may apply to any college around India for B.Sc Agriculture. Pantnagar would be lucky to have you here. However, percentage of marks do not count. You should clear the aIl India level ICAR examination and score highly competitive ranks for this purpose. I welcome further queries.

Good to hear about your aim of being an Agriculturist.
The admission test is conducted in May and forms are filled by end of May. So, please stick to the timeline.
As far as course in considered, the subjects you are studying in class 11th and class 12th will be the part of the syllabus. So, work hard with your subjects. You can go for any one of the following PCM/PCB/Ag. during intermediate level. The subjective is based on the intellect and there are no specific question banks available for this test.

It depends on the university you want to apply to. Every university will be having it's own criteria of examination and it's own patterns. The basic things you need to prepare would be English, verbal and nonverbal and nonverbal reasoning, general knowledge etc.
