You need to apply for different entrances and if you qualify the test then you may appear in different counselling rounds and there you can apply for admission.

Both courses have higher study options as well as career avenues with B.Sc. You can go for post graduate courses in related subjects. All these advanced studies have wide job opportunities. With B.Sc agriculture, you can find such as Agricultural Research Scientists. However, it is better to study the course that matches your area of interest, so that you score well.

Agriculture: It is the main branch so after graduation your options for specialisation is wide. You can become a scientist, professor, agricultural field officer or move to management side too. There are many agri business management courses. Agriculture has a wide scope. Forestry: It is a sub-branch of agriculture. If you are into adventure then this course is for you. If you are genuinely interested in forest and trekking you can go for it. And you can even try for Indian Forest Service which is much easier than IAS. Both courses are better, and have own value in market. It is depend what you like more. For class 12th Science stream students, who have an interest in Agriculture, B.Sc Agriculture will be a good option. This course will be a great alternative to BE/B.Tech Agricultural Engineering. Since India is an agrarian country, this field will never run out of opportunities. And Private Sector organizations will employ undergraduates in agriculture.
