I have not noticed this university in top list for Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. However, you can attempt for admission in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (Coimbatore), Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University (Hyderabad), Punjab Agricultural University (Ludhiana), G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (Pantnagar, Uttarakhand), etc.

Here are the Eligibility criteria for writing agriculture officer exam:
The candidate should of minimum age of 21 to a maximum of 30 years.
You should be a graduate in agriculture, veterinary, fisheries, dairy Horticulture etc and preferable Post Graduate holders with Marketing Specializations or Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management.

I hope you are doing well. The question you asked I had detailed search over it and asked few experts. After overall, I got the information that this university doesn't provide degree in B.Sc in agriculture whereas it has a course given below.
Post-Graduate Certificate in Agriculture Policy (PGCAP)
Minimum Duration: 6 Months
Maximum Duration: 2 Years
Course Fee: Rs. 3,600
Minimum Age: No bar
Maximum Age: No bar

Of course, B.Sc. Agri is very good choice. It is a 4 years long Under graduate bachelor Degree programme. B.Sc.
