Hello dear,
Yes, there are some colleges offer B.Sc Agriculture admission simply on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying exam of 10+2 basis. NEET is not for agriculture admission. NEET is entrance for MBBS and BDS admission. Try for state level counseling in your city.

Hello dear, first clear your aim, because both the courses are different and streams are also different. Believe in yourself, and do according to your interest. Keep calm, relax and think about in which field you see yourself in future. Everything has its own scope, but it is necessary that you have interest in that field. Best of luck.

Yes, B.Sc in Agriculture has good scope, you can easily get a job after completing B.Sc Agriculture. It is not the same with other courses.
After completing UG and PG in agriculture, there are ample opportunities in teaching, research and transfer of technology areas in ICAR, State Agricultural Universities, State Departments of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry and NGOs. The Union Public Service Commission UPSC conducts an annual competitive examination for recruitment in the Indian Forest Services, for which one of the educational qualifications required is Bachelors in Agriculture.
