National Testing Agency NTA organizes the AIEEA (All India Entrance Examination for Admission). It is a national level entrance exam to offer admissions in UG and PG courses. ICAR AIEEA UG is the entrance examination through which admissions will be offered in the Bachelor degree courses in the field of agriculture. So you have to give ICAR AIEEA UG.

But whatever may be the case the answer is no because either CCSU or College of Agriculture Haryana will give affiliation to any college other than their own State which is UP and Haryana respectively.
