In my opinion, Global Institute is a good college you can learn a lot, and the college also organize many programs, which help them in future. So, you can go for it the placements, infrastructure, faculty member are very good and supportive.

The basic eligibility criteria for B.Sc Agriculture is 10+2 with PCM/PCB with 50% of aggregate marks. This is a private University hence there is no such cutoff because the admissions are based on 12th marks. So if someone is meeting the above eligibility criteria he can get admission here very easily. Further the admission for academic session 2019-20 are going on hence you can apply here, The University have not specified any specific last date for admission.
