All B.Sc courses have same scope, and it is only a matter of choice. B.Sc in Genetics is relatively new and it is slightly more in demand. But, pursue it only if you have interest in it.

B.Sc in Chemistry would be best, if you want to go for Lectureship. You can also go for lectureship through Biochemistry, if you want. There is no foundation on restriction on the career choice after B.Sc. Both will be good for lectureship and biochemistry.

You have to just wait for the 12th exams results first and then you can wait for the cutoff list by Delhi University. Delhi University takes admissions on merit basis. So you can go and check your cutoffs according to you course and percentage.
For some courses Delhi University takes entrance exam also. For information about this you can check on Delhi University's website.
