You need to have Biology, Physics and Chemistry in your 10+2. You need not to have Maths. Yes, you are eligible for Biochemistry .

No, it is not necessary. Candidate must have obtained a Bachelors degree under 10+2+3 pattern of education in Physical, Biological, Agricultural, Veterinary and Fishery Sciences or Pharmacy or Engineering/Technology or 4-years B.Sc. (Physician Assistant Course) or M.B.B.S. or B.D.S. degree from any recognized university.

Yes, you can apply for M.Sc. in biochem if you had it as a subject in B.Sc. even for a semester. Or even if not, then being a PCB student in class 12th makes you eligible to apply for it. But admission will be based on an entrance test which you must qualify in order to study the same.

Hey,
You must satisfy the minimum criteria required to give the entrance test and also you must have minimum cutoff of 55-60% in class 12th to be eligible to appear in the exams and counselling.
Hence if the above criteria fulfills, you are good to go.
