The total seat intake for a BSc in Biotechnology is around 120 seats. To secure the BSc seats, candidates must complete a step-wise admission procedure which mainly includes the application process, selection process, and counselling. After completing the admission procedure, candidates are shortlisted for final admission. Shortlisted candidates are allotted seats, which they must finalise by paying the MIET BSc tuition fees.

The total fees for MIET Meerut BSc biotechnology is around INR 76, 260. The total fee includes INR 5000 as refundable amount and 1000 as registration fee. Candidates must pay the admission fee to confirm their seat at the institute. MIET Meerut fee structure might include components other than the tuition fees. The BSc fees are paid every year. There are eight semesters in the programme.
