Both these fields are specialisation specific, Simply graduating may not be enough, you might have to study further and go into research in a big way, M.Tech and Ph.D. would lead you to these organizations depending upon your research area. Pursuing these programs from ordinary colleges will not be enough, you will have to do these from top universities/colleges of high repute like LPU. You need to assess your interests and aptitude. I strongly recommed you to continue your PG. Because Biotech is a blooming industry and the joh oppurtunity is very less.But I know some people who had Job placements after Bsc Biotech with 75k salary.But the competition for those 1 or 2 seats in that sector is very very high. So, it is always better that you pursue your Masters.

Maths is not compulsory for biotechnology. If you want to choose biotechnology field you must take Science stream with chemistry as compulsory subject and should score minimum 50% to get a good college.
