Hi,
In today's world, just having a B.Sc degree is not really enough especially if you want to make a good career. You can do your Masters in Botany, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Horticulture, Mic radiology, etc.
There are various colleges which give you this course based only on your B.Sc graduation marks.
State level entrances also start from December like:
TIFR
JNU
BARODA University

There are numerous careers in botany, including soil and plant scientist, biophysicist and biochemist, biological technician, environmental scientist and specialist, mycologist, plant breeder and horticulturist. While a Bachelor's degree might get you started in this field, a Master's degree or doctorate is generally needed to advance.
I would suggest you to startup with a job and am sure you will start liking it and do Masters with distance learning.

Hi Sayandeep,
You can take your GRE, your HS record has nothing to do with it. You must also take your TOEFL or IELTS for meeting English language requirements. Every university has its own requirement, if you take IELTS you must score an overall 6.5.
