Both the options are good. You must choose according to your interest. Since you had Science in 10+2, I would advice you to go for B.Sc. Than B.A. Rest depends on your interest.

1. B.Tech is a practical and skill knowledge oriented 4 years programme, while B.Sc (CS) is theory based 3 years programme.
2. B.Tech admission are based on JEE Main/ Advance and other entrance tests, while B.Sc admission are based on merit (12th marks).
3. B.Tech (CS) have higher level and exposure in market in comparison to B.Sc (CS).
4. B.Tech (CS) students are eligible to participate in Graduate aptitude test in engineering (GATE) for jobs of PSUs and government. While B.Sc (CS) have no such options.

Both courses are good and have mostly same structure of study and curriculum but according to me likely you are from biology background, so please go for B.Sc Computer Science, it helps you more.

MCA is a postgraduate course spans over a period of 3 years and divided into 6 semesters. Bachelor's degree with Mathematics or Statistics at 10+2 / degree level is required to be eligible to apply for a typical MCA programme. This Masters course is intended to provide students with advanced technical skills like software development, the latest programming languages, algorithm design, computer networks, database management and other subjects related to IT.
