After B.Sc Electronics, a student can opt for many Post-graduate courses available in India such as:
1. M.Sc Electronics -After completing B.Sc. Electronics course, graduates may go for higher studies. They may pursue relevant M.Sc. Programs and specialize in sub-disciplines within the field of electronics (example communication systems, programming, semiconductors etc.).
2. M.Phil Electronics
3. Ph.D Electronics.

Candidate must have passed graduation in the relevant stream from the recognized University to get eligible for the course.
Selection is based on AUCET Entrance Exam.

You can pursue 2 degrees simultaneously. However, the UGC does not permit to do the same, as of now. Even if you choose to enroll yourself into 2 degrees, you will be able to showcase only one at a time.

As per my knowledge and my experience, you are definitely eligible for applying in Oxford College of Science for M.Sc in electric science. After completing B.Sc degree, as you have studied Electronics as one of your main subjects in your graduation degree, there is surety of getting admission.
