Both have different scopes. But in my opinion you should opt for B.Tech. B.Tech is a professional degree. Jobs are more on the basis of B.Tech. Many colleges offer this course. Admission is mainly based on entrance exam.

Yes, you can do B.Sc. Electronics, but u need to show all your certificates. My option for you is Francis. We find electronics very easy and there s good teaching faculty all this is with my own experience in Electronics.

You can go for ITI apprenticeship else after ITI you can go for diploma as a lateral entry in a good college as well. Some information about apprenticeship that an apprenticeship programs include on-job-training accompanied by studies as well. As you have completed ITI, do not be confused with an internship. Unlike internships, apprenticeships are for the longer term, pay is high and you get a job after it. So its more like Job with salary and you get to work.
