B.Sc Electronics are having lots of scope nowadays. You can easily get a job by doing Electronics and you can start your own business. B.Tech ECE is also having the scope but electronics have great future.

You are eligible for B.Sc, but pursue B.Tech rather than B.Sc, because B.Sc is 3 year graduate degree course, while B.Tech is 4 year technical degree course. Since you have done Diploma, you could get admission in 2nd year direct by lateral entry schemes and could pursue 4 year of course only in 3 year. Value of B.Tech is more as compare to B.Sc.
