Hi Alka, you can do M.Sc. After B.Sc. Chemistry. Your B.Sc. Marks will be given more weightage than class 12th. Whether or not PCM is required in 12th will depend on the university admission requirements but not required during B.Sc. Commonly.

At least 60% marks are required to be eligible for admission in Delhi University. Since you don't have the required score, you cannot get admission.

Hi Gaurav!
The criteria would differ from college to college. Some colleges might conduct an entrance exam while others might just consider admission on the basis of merit. Hence, please mention the name of the college for a better guidance.

There is no cut-off as such however the eligibility criteria varies from course to course. If the eligibility criteria mention that the candidate should have studied a certain subject in 11th & 12th then your performance in the said subject becomes an important factor, however, there are exceptions for this case too. Your admission in this University is actually a steal deal, if you do manage to secure a seat then go for it without having second thoughts provided if don't already have a seat secured in institutes of the stature of IISc, IISER, NISER etc. For your B.Sc the main thing that a personal interview for a B.Sc. You are eligible for B.Sc, but pursue B.Tech rather than B.Sc, because B.Sc is 3 year graduate degree course, while B.Tech is 4 year technical degree course. Since you have done Diploma, you could get admission in 2nd year direct by lateral entry schemes and could pursue 4 year of course only in 3 year. Value of B.Tech is more as compare to B.Sc.

You have to score above 80% in 12th science from a recognized board. I too am trying to apply admission in this college. And if you had passed through Maharashtra Board, then you will get into this college with much relaxation in your percentage.
