BS is a four years' course if I am not wrong. For GATE, you need Twelve + Four years course. So, you are eligible for it.

Hi Shubham,
To pursue Bachelors degree in Germany, you must complete 13 years education. You cannot apply directly after 12th. You can enroll into a Bachelor's degree in India and complete the first year here and then apply. Excellent academic grades are required, more than 75% is the least recommended. Knowledge of German language is required for Bachelor degree level studies. Also, you must take IELTS.
