To be eligible for the BSc programme at GITAM School of Science Visakhapatnam the aspiring candidates need a minimum of 50% in Class 12/ Intermediate qualification with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology Or equivalent. To be selected for the BSc programme candidates also need to take the in-house entrance-exam conducted by GITAM School of Science known as GAT.

In general, having studied Mathematics in your class 12th is a strong indication that you meet the foundational requirements for admission to a B.Sc. programme in Mathematics and Statistics. Mathematics is usually a core subject for such programs, and having a background in it is often a prerequisite.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 or its equivalent exam can apply for BSc course. No candidate shall be allowed to offer Botany/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Zoology as one of the courses/ subject unless he/she has passed the concerned subject in the qualifying examination

To be eligible for the BSc programme at PEWS Group of Institutions the aspiring candidates need : 40%  for ST/SC and 50% for General candidates in CEE. It is offered through CPMS College of Nursing. BSc programme at PEWS Group of Institutions is a four year programme inclusive of 6 months of internship.
