You can pursue B.Sc. In Cardio Technology, however in order to pursue Cardiology, you first need to pursue your MBBS and then pursue your MD degree. I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert. Wish you luck.

The eligibility criteria for NRI candidates for asked course of VIT Chennai is given below. Eligibility :
1. Completed 12 years of schooling (Equivalent to 10+2 system of Indian Education) / Diploma awarded with Minimum of 60% overall average. (Usually, it is Grade C, to be produced with equivalent marks)
2. Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July 2000 are eligible to apply.
3. For candidates having NRI status, the Sponsorship should be given only by the parent (either father or mother) living abroad [Sponsorship by a relative/friend is not acceptable]
4. NRI candidates should produce Employer Certificate of the sponsor

Please write about the College name for better response. However the eligibility criteria of B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing of AIIMS is given below for an idea. Eligibility : Candidate has passed the 12th class under the 10+2 scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognised University/ Board of any Indian State with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with minimum 55% (For Gen, OBC& EWS) of aggregate marks. So you are not eligible for the asked course.
