Yes, you are eligible for hotel management course. Instead of B.Sc. In hotel management I suggest you to go for B.Voc DEGREE in Hotel Management. B.Voc is a work integrated degree programme where applicants get opportunity to earn while learning. You are eligible, but you have to show proper reasons for the gap in you student career. If you do not have any proper reason or a gap of more than 2 years, then you are not eligible.
