No, passing Class 12 from the Science stream is not mandatory to be eligible for BSc Interior Designing program. BSc in Interior Design programme covers technical and scientific elements related to Interior Design such as lighting, sustainable practices, etc. However, you can pursue BSc Interior Design regardless of the stream you had in Class 12.

If a candidate has a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12 then they are eligible for admission in the Patna University BSc programme.
