For admission to a BSc course of Ellen College of Design, aspirant must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board. The Class 12 pass from any discipline (Science/Commerce/Arts) are eligible to apply. Moreover, for verification, the candidate should have the mark sheets (of Class 10 and Class 12) with them at the time of admission along with other important documents.

Candidates who have twelve years of school education with 40% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are eligible for the BSc course. NCAAS Coimbatore BSc admission is based on the performance in the last qualifying exam. Eligible candidates can directly apply on the official website of the college. However, candidates must abide by the admission guidelines of Alagappa University, Karaikudi.

Candidates who has twelve years of school education with 50% aggregate from a recognised board are eligible for the NMIMS School of Design BSc course. Further, candidates must apply for the course before the last registration date and appear for the online computer-based entrance exam. As per the officisl website, NMIMS School of Design will conduct the entrance test on June 8, 2024.
