B.Sc. Eligibility

Candidates must have finished their higher secondary education (12th grade or equivalent) with particular topics depending on the course in order to be eligible for Annamalai University's Bachelor of Science (BSc) programs. In general, applicants should have studied and passed pertinent Science courses, such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, or biology, with a minimum percentage that the university has set for particular programs. varying specialisations within the BSc degree may have slightly varying admission requirements. Candidates should also be Indian nationals and fulfil any additional requirements set forth by the university. According to the university's yearly admission announcements, admittance may also be contingent on entrance exams, merit-based selection, or particular state-level requirements.

CSAUK offers BSc courses in multiple specialisations. To be eligible for pursuing these courses, candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board in relevant subjects. The eligibility criteria for CSAUK BSc (Hons) courses are different. Candidates can refer to the following required eligibility criteria:Acadmic eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination. They should have at least three core subjects from a recognised institute or university with the specified marks in aggregate. It requires 50% for OBC-NCL categories and 40% for Third Gender, PwBD categories.  Other eligibility criteria: The candidate must attempt only those subjects (at least 3 subjects) in the examination as per the choice given in the application form. Candidates who have obtained any Diploma or vocational course after matriculation will not be eligible. Candidate should be an Indian national. The candidate should be of at least 16 years of age as of (31.08.2024). No relaxation is admissible regarding the minimum age limit.

Eligibility criteria for B.Sc. Government Engineer Vishwesarraiya Post Graduate College has set the eligibility criteria based on which candidates have to qualify 10+2 or equivalent examinations conducted by any recognized board. A candidate appearing for B.Sc. studies needs to be qualified in Science subjects according to one's specialization, such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology. Aggregate percentage at minimum 45-50% may be required, though it would depend upon the course and category of the candidate (for instance, SC/ST/OBC candidates are usually given somewhat lenient standards). The admission is merit-based, although an entrance test would be applicable for some courses.
