It is not a tough course. There is only simple elementary mathematics course. In degree mathematics just for knowledge but in degree food science and technology focusable area. If we have little knowledge of elementary mathematics like statistics, then we can easily pass the course.
Secondary subjects include Food Microbiology, Sanitation & Hygiene, Preparation & Packaging Materials, Food Analysis Adulteration & Testing, Food Toxicology, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Math.

Hi,
There are some universities which conduct entrance exam for admission in B.Sc food technology such as Panjab Agricultural University, etc. So you need to apply for that to get admission in B.Sc food technology.
