HiAfter passing the course, they are able to plan programs for exploration sites for oil, gas, water, minerals, etc. Surveying and mapping geologically promising sites: collecting, recording and analyzing samples and data from test sites and advising on the development of reserves. Teaching is also an option for them which is available for graduates with B.Sc Geology degree. Thanks.

Government as well as private sector job opportunities exist in front of Indian geology graduates. You can also pursue PG course, which will be beneficial for better jobs. Thanks.

Hi,Pursuing PG course will be highly beneficial, since it will enhance ones qualification and help land better jobs! Also, completing Masters Education will help one take up the job post of a lecturer (at College). Studying further advanced courses like M.Phil.
